1. The Advance Amount Is Non-Refundable Under Any Circumstances.
2. Registrations/Tickets Once Booked Cannot Be Exchanged, Cancelled Or Refunded.

Terms and Conditions

1. Refunds: In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled. The operator will try to provide an alternate feasible activity, but no refund will be provided for the same.
2. Payment: Full payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins.
3. Booking Transfer: The transfer of bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.
4. Vehicle AC: The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. The driver has the discretion to turn off the AC as required for safety on uneven and dangerous routes.
5. Prohibited Items: Voyagers Beat strictly prohibits the utilization of any narcotics and banned substances. Weapons, fireworks, and toxic substances are not allowed. The company is not responsible for any person found guilty under Indian Law.
6. Conduct: The organizers reserve the right to evict any traveler anytime without any refund for misbehavior or violation of camp rules.
7. Damages: Any loss to camping materials (tents, pillows, mattress, etc.) will be subject to full payment of the product MRP.
8. Belongings: Voyagers Beat won't be responsible for any loss or damage of goods belonging to the travelers.
9. ID Proof: All guests must carry a government-issued valid ID card.
10. Guest Policy: Only registered travelers are allowed at the campsite. Pre-notification is required for outside guests, and entry is only if permitted by the company.
11. Amenities: Availability of hot water/geyser is not promised.
12. Vehicle Type: 4x4 vehicles will not be provided in any climatic conditions. If a customer requires a 4x4, they can pay the extra charges.
13. Sharing Basis:
14. a. Triple Sharing: 3 People In 1 Room (1 Bed + 1 Extra Bedding On Floor)
15. b. Double Sharing: 2 People In 1 Room (1 Bed With No Extra Bedding)
16. Liability: Management accepts no responsibility for injuries or the loss/theft of any personal property during the tour.
17. Breakdowns: In case of any transport breakdown or delay, you would have to wait until the transport gets repaired. No backup transport would be provided.
18. Delays & Alterations: Voyagers Beat is not responsible for any delays, alterations, or indirectly incurred expenses due to natural hazards, accidents, weather conditions, landslides, political closure, or any untoward incident.
19. Check-in/Check-out: Early check-ins and late check-outs are not permissible and are subject to standard hotel policies.
20. Covid-19 Instructions: Avoid crowds and close contact. Wear a properly fitted mask when physical distancing is not possible. Clean your hands frequently. Cover your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze.
