No refund will be made towards the advance/initial amount paid for the booking of

your trip under any circumstances. However,

1. If cancellations are made 45 days prior to the departure date of the trip, the full amount is refundable.

2. If cancellations are made 44 to 30 days prior to the departure date of the trip, 25% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

3. If cancellations are made 29 to 15 days prior to the departure date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

4. If cancellations are made 14 to 10 days prior to the departure date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

5. If cancellations are made 09 to 0 days prior to the departure date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

6. NO SHOW on the departure date, NO REFUND.

Please note the following:

● No cancellation will be accepted over call or messages. Kindly reply to the email of the payment receipt you received at the time of booking.

● In the case of unforeseen weather conditions, landslides, government restrictions, protests, strikes/bandhs certain activities or the whole trip may be cancelled or altered. In such scenarios, the company will try its best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

● Any extra cost arising from the unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, protests, strike/bandhs will be borne by the customer. The company will not be liable.

NOTE

1. Booking amount is 3000/-
2. Early check-in at stay is subject to availability.
3. Extra Mattresses will be provided for triple-sharing and quad sharing
4. Non AC vehicles for local sightseeing.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the Cancellation of the trip.
2. The IDs shall all be verified before boarding. No boarding shall be entertained without a valid Govt. ID.
3. The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.
4. No refunds shall be made towards any inclusion(s) not availed by the Client.
5. Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings. The management shall not be accountable for missing items along the tour.
6. The time of Departure is stated & fixed. All travelers must update their status with the Trip coordinator(s), & report at the pickup point 30 mins prior to the scheduled departure.
7. The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the Driver’s discretion to put off the AC as & when required, considering the travelers’ safety & ease of travel along uneven & dangerous routes.
8. Drinking & Smoking are strictly prohibited during journey due to the health & safety concerns of fellow passengers.
9. No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the tours. We are a cordial travel community and we aspire to bring to you a hassle-free and memorable experience.
10. Byko Journeys shall not be responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as Natural Hazards, accidents, breakdown of machinery, weather conditions, landslides, political closure, or any untoward incidents.
11. We do not provide any insurance policy to cover the expenditure on sickness or accidents or losses incurred due to theft or other reasons.
12. Numerous factors such as weather and road conditions the physical ability of participants etc. may bring alteration in the itinerary. We reserve the right to make necessary changes in the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort, and general well-being!
