- Booking Amount is NOT REFUNDABLE! In case of cancellations, charges will be levied.
- Trip can be cancelled or postponed due to Climate Change, Land Sliding, Red Alert, etc. Payment will not be refunded, but will be adjusted to a next trip date.
- If weather conditions become serious, the yatra plan will be changed according to climate conditions. Payment will not be refunded, but will be adjusted to a next trip date.
- If any sightseeing is not possible due to any reason such as extreme weather conditions or similar circumstances, the company will not be responsible.
- Travellers cannot complain if obtaining a green pass or e-pass takes time while travelling.
- If a traveller displays symptoms of COVID-19, the test will be borne by the traveller.
- Acts of misbehavior will result in trip cancellation.
- In case of vehicle breakdown due to any reason, clients will have to wait until it is repaired. No compensation will be provided for any type of delay.
