- In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled, and the operator will try to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided.
- Full payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins.
- The transfer of bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.
- Air conditioning will be switched off in the hills. The driver has the discretion to turn off the AC as required for safety on uneven routes.
- Voyagers Beat and its organizers strictly prohibit the utilization of any narcotics and banned substances.
- Weapons, fireworks, and toxic substances are not allowed.
- The organizers reserve the right to evict any traveler for misbehavior or violation of camp rules without a refund.
- Any loss to camping materials (tents, pillows, etc.) will be subject to full payment of the product MRP.
- Voyagers Beat is not responsible for any loss or damage of goods belonging to the travelers.
- All guests must carry a government-issued valid ID card.
- Guest entry from outside is only allowed if pre-notified and permitted by the company.
- Availability of hot water/geyser is not promised.
- 4x4 vehicles are not provided in any climatic conditions. If required, customers can pay extra charges.
- Management accepts no responsibility for injuries or the loss/theft of any personal property.
- In case of transport breakdown, you would have to wait until it gets repaired. No backup transport will be provided.
- Voyagers Beat is not responsible for delays or alterations due to natural hazards, accidents, weather conditions, landslides, political closure, or any untoward incident.
- Early check-ins and late check-outs are not permissible.
