1. Free Cancellation up to 60 days before the departure date (Booking amount is non-refundable).
2. If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 59 days to 45 days of the Departure Date then only 10% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (nonrefundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
3. If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 44 Days to 30 Days of the Departure Date then only 25% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (nonrefundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
4. If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 29 Days to 15 Days of the Departure Date then only 50% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (nonrefundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
5. If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 15 Days to 8 Days of the Departure Date then only 75% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (nonrefundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
6. If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 7 Days from the Departure Date then 100% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded. You are not applicable for a refund if you fail to show up on the day of departure under the given timeline that has been provided to you beforehand.

Note: The cancellation policy is subject to change based on weather conditions, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances. In case of trek cancellation due to natural disasters or emergencies, alternative options or partial refunds may be provided.

Terms and Conditions

1. The IDs shall all be verified before boarding.
2. No boarding shall be entertained without a valid Govt. ID.
3. The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.
4. No refunds shall be made towards any inclusion(s) not availed by the Client. Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings.
5. The management shall not be responsible for any damage or any missing items along the tour.
6. The time of Departure is stated & fixed. All travelers must update their status with the Trip coordinator(s), & report at the pickup point 30 minutes before the scheduled departure.
7. The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the Driver's discretion to put off the AC as & when required, considering the travelers' safety & ease of travel along uneven and dangerous routes.
8. Our time of departure is fixed must depart by the stated time & keep their status updated with the trip coordinator(s).
9. Anyone missing the bus shall not be eligible for any refunds. We shall call you twice before the schedule departure.
10. Drinking and smoking are strictly prohibited along the tour due to health and safety concerns.
11. No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the tours. We are a cordial travel community and aspire to bring you a hassle-free and memorable experience.
12. We shall not be responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as natural hazards, accidents, breakdown of machinery, weather conditions, landslides, political closures, or any similar incidents.
13. We do not provide any insurance policy to cover expenditure on sickness, accidents, or losses incurred due to theft or any other reason.
14. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, or the physical ability of participants may bring alterations to the itinerary.
15. We reserve the right to make necessary changes in the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort, and general well-being.
16. The itinerary is subject to change in extreme conditions such as landslides, heavy snowfall, government restrictions, vehicle failure, accidents, or similar unforeseen circumstances.
17. The company shall not be liable and will not bear any additional costs arising due to landslides, heavy snowfall, government restrictions, vehicle failure, accidents, or any such unforeseen events.
