Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Periods:
Early Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 15 days before the trip will receive a 50% refund.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made between 7 to 10 days before the trip will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Communication Requirements:
Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or through our designated communication channel.
Refund Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days from the date of cancellation acknowledgment.
