1. You can book seats online by paying an advance or the full amount.
2. Our Tripcat Captain will send a reminder for any pending balance on the day of the journey.
3. All pending payments must be completed by 11 AM on the day of departure.
4. Failure to settle the balance after three reminders may result in cancellation of your reservation.
5. Cancellations made after 11 AM on the journey day will incur charges for the total booking amount, covering all reserved seats.

Cancellations

1. Cancellation made within 48 hours of departure: No refund or rescheduling available.
2. Cancellation made before 48 hours of departure: 50% cancellation fee applies.

The trip is subject to confirmation, and we require a minimum of 10 people booked for the trip to proceed. Rest assured, if there is a cancellation from our end, you will receive an immediate and complete refund.
