1. Cancellations made after 2:00 PM on the journey day will incur charges for the total booking amount, covering all reserved seats.
2. Cancellation made within 48 hours of departure: No refund or rescheduling available.
3. Cancellation before 48 hours of departure: 50% cancellation fee applies.
4. The trip is subject to confirmation, and we require a minimum of 10 people booked for the trip to proceed.
5. If there is a cancellation from our end, you will receive an immediate and complete refund.

Booking & Payments

1. You can book seats online by paying an advance or the full amount.
2. Our Tripcat Captain will send a reminder for any pending balance on the day of the journey.
3. All pending payments must be completed by 2:00 PM on the day of departure.
4. Failure to settle the balance after three reminders may result in cancellation of your reservation.

3. Accommodation Check-In: The usual check-in time for most homestays or hotels we book is around 12:00 p.m. Room availability may vary. We might be able to offer a few rooms initially for freshening up, and once allocated accordingly.
4. Room Sharing and Group Stay Etiquette: Room sharing is as per booking. Please maintain group harmony.
5. Flexible Itineraries: While carefully planned, itineraries can be flexible.
