- BIKE & FUEL: You will get Royal Enfield Himalayan 411 or Scram 411. Fuel for the complete itinerary is included.
- ACCOMMODATION: Accommodation will be provided in deluxe comfort hotels and camps on double sharing.
- BREAKFAST & DINNER: Breakfast and dinner are included as per the itinerary.
- ROAD CAPTAIN: An experienced road captain will lead the group and ensure safety, route guidance, and proper coordination.
- BACKUP VEHICLE: A backup vehicle will be available to carry luggage and provide support.
- MECHANICAL SUPPORT: Mechanical support will be available for basic repairs and technical assistance.
- OXYGEN CYLINDER: An oxygen cylinder will be available for emergency use in high altitude areas.
- INNER LINE PERMIT: All required permits will be arranged so you can travel freely in Ladakh.
- RIDING GEARS: Helmet, riding jacket, and knee guards will be provided for safety.
- ATV RIDE: An ATV ride will be provided in Nubra Valley.
Exclusions
EXCLUSIONS:
- ARRIVAL IN LEH: Cost of reaching Leh is not included.
- DEPARTURE FROM LEH: Return travel cost from Leh is not included.
- LUNCH & PERSONAL EXPENSES: Lunch, snacks, shopping, and personal expenses are not included.
- OTHER ACTIVITIES: Only ATV ride is included. Any other activity will be charged extra.
- MONUMENT ENTRY FEES: Entry fees for monasteries and sightseeing places are not included.
- WEATHER CONDITIONS: Any extra cost due to weather, road blockage, or natural reasons is not included.
- ANYTHING NOT MENTIONED: Any service not listed in inclusions is excluded.
Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy
- 30 days or more before departure: Full refund will be provided.
- 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% refund will be provided.
- 7 to 15 days before departure: No refund will be provided.

Valid Documents
All riders must carry a valid Driving License and original ID proof. Riders must follow all traffic rules and instructions given by the road captain.
Bike Responsibility
TripBlaze Adventures is responsible for any internal mechanical fault in the bike. However, any external damage caused due to accident, fall, or rider negligence will be charged to the rider.
Security & Damage
Riders are responsible for the safety of the bike, riding gears, and equipment provided. Any loss or damage must be compensated by the rider.
Authority During Trip
TripBlaze Adventures reserves the right to change the route, itinerary, or schedule due to safety, weather, or government restrictions. The Road captain's decision will be final during the trip.
Rule Compliance
All riders must follow trip discipline and safety rules. Use of illegal substances or misconduct may result in removal from the trip without refund.
Booking Policy
- Booking must be done at least 2-3 months before departure as limited slots are available.
- Trip will be confirmed only after advance payment.
- Slots are allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
