Cancellation Policy
Bookings are Non-Transferable.
In case of cancellation from the consumer's end, the booking amount is Non-Refundable under any circumstances.
We reserve the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any unavoidable circumstances (such as weather conditions, political situations, or other unforeseen events).
In case of inappropriate weather conditions or changes in local government regulations, the mentioned activities may be rescheduled or canceled without prior notice.
Any mischief or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to cancel such bookings at any time during the trip without any refund.

- Acclimatize in Leh for 48 hours. We advise you to arrive at least one day before the start of our trip to complete the necessary acclimatization period.
- Please Note That One Day Of Acclimatization Is Included In Your Package. If You Choose Not To Arrive A Day In Advance, We Cannot Be Held Responsible For Any Issues Related To Acclimatization.
- Permits Will Be Arranged On The Assumption That You Have Arrived One Day Prior.
- Travellers Can Make Their Own Arrangements For The Additional Stay, Or Our Executives Can Assist You With The Same.
- Tablet Diamox (Acetazolamide) Is Commonly Used For Altitude Acclimatization. It Is Recommended To Consult Your Doctor For The Correct Dosage And Timing Before Starting Your Journey To Leh. Do Not Take It Without Medical Advice.
- There Should Be No Physical Exertion During The First Two Days After Arriving In Leh.
- Tourists Should Drink At Least 2-3 Liters Of Water Per Day And Avoid Alcohol, Smoking, And Sedatives.
