- Local transportation, including auto-rickshaw, taxi, or any other local commuting expenses
Cancellation Policy
- Booking Amount is non-refundable in any case.
- The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted, only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.
- No refunds shall be made towards any inclusion(s) not availed by the Client.
More Information
- The IDs shall all be verified before boarding.
- No boarding shall be entertained without a valid Govt. ID.
- Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings.
- The management shall not be responsible for any damage or any missing items along the tour.
- The time of Departure is stated & fixed. All travelers must update their status with the Trip coordinator(s), & report at the pickup point 30 minutes before the scheduled departure.
- The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the Driver's discretion to put off the AC as & when required, considering the travelers' safety & ease of travel along uneven and dangerous routes.
- Stays are subject to availability. If the mentioned property is unavailable, a similar alternative with the same comfort and quality will be provided.
- Triple/quad sharing rooms or camps include extra mattresses. Guests are required to adjust accordingly; no special arrangements will be made for individual travelers.
- Drinking and smoking are strictly prohibited along the tour due to health and safety concerns.
- No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the tours. We are a cordial travel community and aspire to bring you a hassle-free and memorable experience.
- The itinerary may change due to landslides, heavy snowfall, weather conditions, government restrictions, vehicle breakdown, tyre burst/puncture, accidents, or any unforeseen circumstances.
- The itinerary is subject to change due to weather, road conditions, vehicle breakdowns, or unforeseen circumstances. Any additional expenses incurred shall be borne by the participant. No refunds or compensation will be provided under such circumstances.
- We do not provide any insurance policy to cover expenditure on sickness, accidents, or losses incurred due to theft or any other reason.
- Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, or the physical ability of participants may bring alterations to the itinerary.
- We reserve the right to make necessary changes in the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort, and general well-being.
- In case of injury, illness, or loss of life during the trip, the company will not be held responsible and shall not bear any medical, legal, compensation, or other related costs under any circumstances.
