Cancellation Policy
- Full payment must be completed before the trip begins. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking.
- Bookings are non-transferable. Only the individuals registered at the time of confirmation will be allowed to travel.
- No refunds will be provided for any inclusions that are not utilized by the traveler.
- The company shall not be responsible for delays, changes in itinerary, or additional expenses caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, accidents, vehicle breakdowns, weather conditions, landslides, government restrictions, protests, road blockages, or any other unforeseen events.
- The company shall not be liable for or bear any costs in case of accidents, government restrictions, protests, road blockages, or similar situations beyond control.
- The itinerary is subject to change due to factors like weather, road conditions, or participants' physical ability. Necessary adjustments may be made in the interest of safety, comfort, and overall experience.
More Information
- All travelers are required to carry a valid Government ID. Boarding will not be permitted without proper identification.
- Travelers are responsible for their own luggage and personal belongings. Management will not be liable for any loss or damage during the trip.
- Departure timings are fixed. All travelers must report at the pickup point at least 30 minutes prior and stay in touch with the trip coordinator.
- Air conditioning may be turned off in hilly areas. The driver holds the discretion to switch it off when required, keeping safety and road conditions in mind.
- Consumption of alcohol and smoking during the journey is strictly prohibited for the comfort and safety of all passengers.
- Any form of misconduct or indiscipline will not be tolerated. We aim to provide a friendly, safe, and enjoyable travel experience for everyone.
- Triple and quad sharing rooms may include an extra mattress. Travelers are expected to adjust accordingly. No special treatment will be provided to any individual.
- At Chandratal, accommodations are strictly on a triple or quad sharing basis. Double sharing is not available due to limited stay options.
- Stays are subject to availability. In case the mentioned/shared stay is unavailable, an alternative accommodation of similar standard will be provided.
- Travel insurance is not included. Any expenses arising from illness, accidents, theft, or other incidents will be borne by the traveler.
