1. Refundable and Non-Refundable Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

The remaining balance is due 30 days before the scheduled departure date.

2. Cancellation Fees

If cancellations are made 30 days before the date of travel, 30% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

If cancellations are made 15 to 30 days before the date of travel, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

If cancellations are made 0 to 15 days before the date of travel, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

Any cancellation made prior to the trip may incur cancellation charges as per the company's policy.

The refund, if applicable, will be processed as per the company's policy.

3. Partial Refunds

If you have made partial payments and cancel your booking, the refundable amount will be calculated after deducting the applicable cancellation fees.

4. Refund Process

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.

5. Changes and Modifications

Requests to modify the travel package, such as changing travel dates, may be subject to additional fees.

6. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, such as natural disasters or political unrest, the cancellation policy may be adjusted accordingly.

7. Communication

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Confirmation of cancellation and any applicable refund details will be provided in writing.

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected events that may lead to cancellations.

9. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Noida Surajpur Court or Dehradun.

Itinerary Changes:

1. The itinerary is subject to change based on local conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or any factors beyond our control.
2. The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary if necessary.

Travel Insurance:

1. It is recommended to have travel insurance to cover any medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or loss of baggage.

Liability:

1. The company and its affiliates shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused during the trip.
2. Participants are advised to take care of their personal belongings and travel at their own risk.

Code of Conduct:

1. Participants are expected to follow local rules, regulations, and customs during the trip.
2. Any behavior that is illegal, disrespectful, or harmful to others will not be tolerated.
