Cancellation Policy
- Booking Amount is NOT REFUNDABLE. Cancellation charges would be levied as per policy.
- Trip can be cancelled or postponed due to severe conditions such as Climate Change, Land Sliding, Red Alert, etc. In such cases, payment will not be refunded, but will be adjusted for a next trip date.
- If weather conditions become serious, the yatra plan may be changed according to climate conditions. Payment will not be refunded, but adjusted in the next trip date.
- The company will not be responsible if any sightseeing is not possible due to extreme weather conditions or similar reasons.
- Travelers cannot complain if there are delays in getting green pass or e-pass issued while travelling.
- If a traveler displays symptoms of COVID-19, the cost of testing will be borne by the traveler.
- Any act of misbehavior will result in trip cancellation without refund.
- In case of vehicle breakdown due to any reason, clients will have to wait until it gets repaired. No compensation will be provided for any type of delay incurred.
