The advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip.

The IDs will be verified before boarding. No boarding shall be entertained without a valid Govt. ID.

The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.

No refunds shall be made towards any inclusion(s) not availed by the Client.

Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings. The management shall not be accountable for missing items along the tour.

The time of departure is stated & fixed. All travelers must update their status with the Trip Coordinator(s), & report at the pickup point 30 mins prior to the scheduled departure.

The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the driver's discretion to put off the AC as & when required, considering the travelers' safety & ease of travel along uneven & dangerous routes.

Trekking inherently involves risks, including but not limited to, injury, altitude sickness, and adverse weather conditions. By participating in the trek, you acknowledge these risks and agree to follow the guidance and instructions of our staff at all times.

While we make every effort to adhere to the scheduled itinerary, we reserve the right to make last-minute changes to the trek route, accommodation, or itinerary due to weather conditions, local regulations, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will ensure any changes are of similar quality and notify participants promptly.

Drinking & Smoking are strictly prohibited during journey due to the health & safety of fellow passengers.

No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the tours. We are a cordial travel community and we aspire to bring to you a hassle-free and memorable experience.

The company shall not be responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as natural hazards, accidents, breakdown of machinery, weather conditions, landslides, political closure, or any untoward incidents.

We do not provide any insurance policy to cover the expenditure on sickness or accidents or losses incurred due to theft or other reasons.

We may transfer your booking to another like-minded travel company in cases where necessary, ensuring similar services and experiences.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to make lastminute changes to your accommodation. We will ensure that any alternative accommodation is of a similar category or better, and will notify you promptly.

NOTE

1. Minimum advance payment required for booking confirmation.
2. Rooms provided as per selected sharing basis.
3. AC will not operate in hilly areas.
4. Pickup & drop timings depend on group schedule.
5. Itinerary may change depending on weather and road conditions.

THINGS TO PACK

Gadgets:

Camera, Cell phones, Power Bank.

Gears:

A rucksack bag and a day pack, 3-litre water bladder or water bottle.

Clothes:

A sun cap and a woolen cap, UV protected sunglasses, One cotton long sleeves and 2 short sleeve t-shirt, 1 fleece jacket, 1 heavy Thick jacket/down jacket, 1 pair of gloves At least 2 long pants (trek pants and cargo pants are favourable), 4 sets of undergarments, 2 pair of socks, A small towel, A rain jacket or a poncho.

Footwear:

Above-the-ankle waterproof and breathable hiking boots with good grip, Flip flops/sandals.

Medication:

Glucose powder, Medicines for headaches, diarrhoea, muscular pain, motion and altitude sickness, Dettol, Bandages, Cotton.

Personal Accessories:

Toothpaste, toothbrush, Paper soap & sanitizer, Sunscreen minimum of spf40, lip balm, cold creams, Body spray.
