Cancellation Policy
Registrations/Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded.

- The utilization of any Narcotics and Banned Substances during the tours is strictly prohibited.
- Weapons, fireworks, and toxic substances are not allowed.
- Guests are requested to respect the timings shared by Coordinators for sightseeing. Delays causing missed sightseeing will not be the responsibility of the tour management.
- Please cooperate in keeping the environment clean and safe.
- All guests must carry a Government-issued Valid ID Card.
- The tour management is not responsible for a traveler's whereabouts or safety if they are outside the hotel premises.
- The tour management is not responsible for any loss or damage of goods or belongings of the travelers.
- Music (DJ) will be played according to current government guidelines. Tour management accepts no responsibility for injuries or loss/theft of personal property during the tour.
- In case of transport breakdown, travelers must wait until repairs are completed; no backup transport will be provided.
- Organizers reserve the right to evict any traveler without refund if their actions violate hotel/camp rules or involve misbehavior with co-travelers.
- The trip organizer/coordinator has the right to change the itinerary based on on-the-spot conditions.
- Only registered travelers are allowed in the campsite. If intending to bring outside guests, pre-notification is required.
- The vehicle will travel only where it is permitted.
- The tour management is not responsible for delays in reaching the destination due to traffic, or if sightseeing/activities are cancelled due to not reaching the destination on time.
- The tour management is not responsible for delays or alterations in the program, or indirectly incurred expenses due to natural hazards, accidents, weather conditions, landslides, political closure, or any untoward incident.
