Cancellation Policy
No Refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations. However,
- If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled; the operator will try to provide an alternate feasible activity, but no refund will be provided for the same.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Luggage: Medium bag (65 cm) + handbag (recommended) per person.
- Hotels: Check-in is at 2 PM; check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel discretion.
- On-Tour Modifications: Changes must be discussed with the ground support team. No refunds for canceled tours.
- Airport Transfer: Pickup is chargeable. Grab app is recommended for cheaper transfers. Group transfers will be organized at fixed times.
