Cancellation Policy
- No Refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations. However,
- If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

- Luggage: Medium bag (65 cm) + handbag (recommended) per person.
- Hotels: 1. All hotels have a check-in time at 2 PM. 2. All check-outs are at 11 AM.
- On-Tour Modifications: Any changes to the itinerary should be discussed with the ground support team. No refunds for canceled tours.
- Airport Transfer Guidelines: Transfers will be organised at a fixed time. Please plan to arrive in Phuket by 12 PM and book your departure flight for 10:00 AM or later.
- Water Sports & Activities: Follow instructions for activities like snorkeling and visits to popular spots.
- Mountmonks Adventures and their organizers strictly prohibit the utilization of any Narcotics and Banned Substances during the tours.
- Weapons, Fireworks and toxic substances are not allowed.
- Everyone must carry a Govt issued Valid ID Card.
- The trip organizer/coordinator has complete right to change the itinerary as per on-the-spot conditions.
