Cancellation Policy
- No Refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations.
- If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled; the operator will try to provide an alternate activity, but no refund will be provided for the same.

- Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is at 2:00 PM and Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early or late options are subject to availability.
- Modifications: Changes to the itinerary must be discussed with ground support. No refunds on cancelled tours. The company reserves the right to use alternate transport or vary the itinerary if breakdown, sickness, or force majeure occurs.
- Tomatina Clothing (Note): Although mentioned in the brochure, please note that for Sri Lanka, wear comfortable travel clothes. If specifically suggested for an activity: 'Wear old clothes you don't mind throwing away. Goggles and waterproof cameras highly recommended.'
- Airport Transfer Guidelines: Scheduled Transfer Times: Airport Pickup will be organised at a fixed time based on the majority’s departure schedules. Requests outside these times will be subject to additional charges as everyone arrives at different times.
