Cancellation Policy
- No Refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations.
- Cancellations made 30 days before the start date: 50% of the trip cost will be charged.
- Cancellations made 15-30 days before the start date: 75% of the trip cost will be charged.
- Cancellations made within 0-15 days before the start date: 100% of the trip cost will be charged.
- In case of activity cancellations due to weather or government restrictions, the operator will try to provide an alternate activity, but no refund will be provided.
More Information
- Luggage: Recommended cabin size trolley + Rucksack per person.
- Hostel Timings: Check-in at 2 PM; Check-out at 11 AM. Delayed check-out is at the hotel's discretion.
- Visa Checklist: Processing fee is INR 5,000 + approx. INR 9,400 paid at VFS. Requires cover letter, Adhaar, PAN, Passport, Insurance, 6-month statement, and 3-year ITR.
- Airport Transfers: Not included as travelers arrive at different times. Recommendation to use Bolt or Uber for cheaper transfers.
- Aurora Sighting: Guaranteed sighting (If not, you can opt for a refund or next day hunt, only if it's not gonna be captured on camera).
- Note: Lights look better in camera than to the naked eye unless huge and dark.
