Security deposit per motorbike of Rs. 10,000/- for accidental damages or dropping back the bike if you leave the bike in between the route before the end date of the trip
Parking and monument entry fees during sightseeing.
Any cost incurred due to extension, change of itinerary due to natural calamities, road, blocks, vehicle breakdown, union issues and factors beyond our control
Additional accommodation / food cost incurred due to any delay
Any medical or evacuation expenses.
Extra luggage other than allowed one 60 liters of rucksack/backpack shall be charged at Rs. 250 per day/10 kg

Cancellation Policy
Credit Note:
Credit Notes issued have 1 year of expiry and can be used entirely in any of your future trips.
GST:
Any GST charged on any transaction will not be refunded.
Pending Refund :
Any refund pending on your booking will be credited to the same mode of payment through which you paid in 5-7 working days.
Partial Refund :
Any case in which a partial refund will be issued will be calculated after deducting the Booking Amount and Cancellation Charges depending on the time of Cancellation.
Remaining Amount :
Will be calculated on the amount paid over and above the booking amount.
Bypass Policy :
Any and all Cancellation Policies are superseded by the Emergency Case Cancellation Policy in case of situations such as war, pandemics, force majeure, or similar extraordinary events affecting the tour region.
Reschedule:
Additional costs will apply, based on the time at which you notify us.
Notes
If the company cancels the trip due to operational issues, the customer will receive a full refund of the trip amount including GST, excluding any airfare, train fare, or external transport costs not booked through the company.
Cancellation Timeline:
- 30+ days before trip: Free Cancellation, Refunded as Credit Note, Fully refunded (minus booking amount)
- 29-21 days before trip: 25% of Trip Amount, Adjusted in refund deduction, Refund after deducting 25%
- 21-15 days before trip: 50% of Trip Amount, Adjusted in refund deduction, Refund after deducting 50%
- 14-0 days before trip: 100% of Paid Amount, No refund, No refund
More Information
The check in time is 2 PM noon/early check in subject to availability of room.
Extra mattresses will be provided for triple sharing occupancy.
We require a minimum strength of 6 riders to operate one group. We have the right to cancel the group if we do not get the minimum strength of riders in any group.
If there are any additional expenses due to bad weather or any other reason beyond the control of the tour operator on account of hotel stay, transportation, and meals etc. extra bills will be raised. Neither International Youth Club nor the participating partners/hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses.
International Youth Club is not responsible for any change in itinerary due to reasons beyond our control like change in flight and train schedule, cancellation of flights/trains, political disturbances, natural phenomenon, etc.
If any group member wants to leave group in-between the tour then he/she has to pay the cost for transportation of bike from point of leaving the tour till Manali drop.
Group members would have to get their own riding gears. Wearing a helmet, carrying a valid ID proof & Driving license is mandatory.
All guests will be responsible for safety and security of their own luggage. We will not be at all responsible for the damage/missing / lost luggage. So carry a small daypack bag to carry all the expensive things with you.
Compensation for any damage/accident done by you during tour to others property/person would be directly payable by you.
