- Riding Gears – Helmet (Standard Size 58 - 60 cms), Riding Jackets, Knee Pads (Though it is recommended you carry your own helmet for comfort).

- Spare wheels will be carried in case of puncture so that you don't have to wait.

Exclusions
- Personal expenses like Telephone, Laundry, Tips and Table Drinks etc.
- Any type of insurance-Medical, Accidental, theft.
- Any Airfare / Rail fare other than what is mentioned in "Inclusions".
- Airport, Railway station or Bus stop pick up or drop.
- Cost of any spare part which will be used due to the accidental damage incurred when the motorbike is in rider's possession.
- Cost incurred to transfer or tow the motorbike in case it is dropped on the way.
- Vehicle servicing or maintenance cost.
- Any lunch and other meals not mentioned in package inclusions.
- Security deposit per motorbike of Rs. 10,000/- for accidental damages or dropping back the bike if you leave the bike in between the route before the end date of the trip.
- Parking and monument entry fees during sightseeing.
- Any cost incurred due to extension, change of itinerary due to natural calamities, road, blocks, vehicle breakdown, union issues and factors beyond our control.
- Additional accommodation / food cost incurred due to any delay.
- Any medical or evacuation expenses.
- Extra luggage other than allowed one 60 liters of rucksack/backpack shall be charged at Rs. 250 per day/10 kg.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
- 30+ days before trip: Free Cancellation. Booking amount refunded as Credit Note. Remaining amount fully refunded (minus booking amount).
- 29-21 days before trip: 25% of Trip Amount charged as cancellation. Adjusted in refund deduction. Remaining amount refunded after deducting 25%.
- 21-15 days before trip: 50% of Trip Amount charged as cancellation. Adjusted in refund deduction. Remaining amount refunded after deducting 50%.
- 14-0 days before trip: 100% of Paid Amount charged. No refund.
Credit Note: Credit Notes issued have 1 year of expiry and can be used entirely in any of your future trips.
GST: Any GST charged on any transaction will not be refunded.
Pending Refund: Any refund pending on your booking will be credited to the same mode of payment through which you paid in 5-7 working days.
Partial Refund: Any case in which a partial refund will be issued will be calculated after deducting the Booking Amount and Cancellation Charges depending on the time of Cancellation.
Remaining Amount: Will be calculated on the amount paid over and above the booking amount.
Bypass Policy: Any and all Cancellation Policies are superseded by the Emergency Case Cancellation Policy in case of situations such as war, pandemics, force majeure, or similar extraordinary events affecting the tour region.
Reschedule: Additional costs will apply, based on the time at which you notify us.
Notes: If the company cancels the trip due to operational issues, the customer will receive a full refund of the trip amount including GST, excluding any airfare, train fare, or external transport costs not booked through the company.

Our participation process is very simple. You may book online to reserve your seat. To book your seat, kindly make a payment of Rs.3,000/- per person.
*While booking check-out our EMI options on your Debit and Credit Card.
You need to send NEFT/Transfer/Proof of deposit details along with Expedition Name, Date of Reporting, Participant's- Name, Mobile, Email, DOB, City and Gender in order to receive confirmation within 48 working hours from your side.
**The Amount will be forfeited in case of delay in payment according to the schedule.
Important: The booking stands liable to be canceled if 100% payment is not received less than 07 days before the Date of Travel. The received amount will be forfeited.
