1. Before 30 days : full refund (After deducting any expenses that have been incurred for hotel bookings,transport, ETC)
2. Between 21-30 days : 75% of the total trip cost will be refunded
3. Between 11-20 days: 50% of the total trip cost will be refunded
4. Between 0-10 days : No refund

WINTER ADVISORY

1. Due to heavy snowfall and winter road conditions, routes to Chitkul or Sangla may be temporarily closed. Overnight stay may be shifted to Kalpa / Sarahan / Rampur / Pooh, depending on weather and road safety.
2. Weather and road conditions may affect travel time, sightseeing order, and accessibility. Guest safety is always the top priority.
3. All transfers and sightseeing are conducted via Tempo Traveller.
4. 4x4 vehicles are not included in the package. If required due to snow, ice, or rough roads, they will be arranged at an additional cost, payable on the spot.
5. Snow or icy patches may be encountered on routes like Karcham → Nako and nearby high-altitude roads.
6. Visits to Gue & Tabo may involve short detours on rough terrain; access depends on weather and road conditions.
7. In extreme winter conditions, some homestays may have common washrooms, and water availability can be limited due to freezing temperatures.
8. Pin Valley visit is optional, subject to weather and road accessibility.
9. High-altitude travel is involved (~3,800-4,600 m on certain days). Dress warmly and stay well hydrated.
10. Kalpa altitude ~2,960 m acclimatization, warm clothing, and hydration are advised.
11. Lunch is not included and will be at your own expense.
12. Guests are advised to carry snacks, water, and essential medicines at all times.

IMPORTANT TIPS

1. Arrival & Departure : For travelers joining from outside Delhi, we recommend planning your arrival in Delhi by 07:00 PM on the trip start date. For return journeys, please book your flights/trains after 09:00 AM on the trip end date.
2. Itinerary Flexibility : Itinerary changes may occur due to weather, road conditions, or participants' physical comfort. We reserve the right to adjust schedules to ensure safety and an enjoyable travel experience.
3. Accommodation : For larger groups, it may not always be possible to accommodate everyone in the same hotel. In such cases, alternate hotels may be used, and facilities may differ slightly. We strive to maintain a consistent experience and appreciate your understanding.
4. Special Requests : Requests such as early check-in, specific room views, smoking/non-smoking preferences, bed types (king/twin), or interconnected rooms are subject to availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed in advance. Any additional charges, if applicable, will be borne by the guest.
5. Meals : Meals will be served as per a fixed menu or buffet. Under MAP (Modified American Plan), evening snacks, beverages, soups, and desserts are not included. Guests wishing to order à la carte will need to pay directly at the property.
6. The Volvo bus from Delhi to the trip base is provided by third-party vendors. While we ensure backup in case of breakdowns, these vehicles are regularly operated, and response time may vary. Your cooperation during such situations is appreciated. The Volvo bus arrives after every other group member arrives at the pickup location.
7. Room Sharing :In triple/quad sharing arrangements, an extra mattress will be provided instead of a separate bed.

12. Reusable water bottle (stay hydrated in cold weather)
13. Power bank (electricity availability may be limited)
14. Torch or headlamp (very useful in villages at night)
15. Moisturizer / cold cream (Spiti air is extremely dry)
16. Lip balm (prevents cracked lips)
17. Sunscreen (high-altitude sun exposure is strong)
