Cancellation Policy
- 30+ Days Before Departure: Full refund after deducting any non-refundable expenses already incurred for hotel, transport, bookings, etc.
- 21-30 Days Before Departure: 75% refund of the total trip cost.
- 11-20 Days Before Departure: 50% refund of the total trip cost.
- 0-10 Days Before Departure: No refund will be provided.

- Arrival & Departure: For travelers joining from outside Delhi, we recommend planning your arrival in Delhi by 07:00 PM on the trip start date. For return journeys, please book your flights/trains after 09:00 AM on the trip end date.
- Itinerary Flexibility: Itinerary changes may occur due to weather, road conditions, or participants' physical comfort. We reserve the right to adjust schedules to ensure a safe and enjoyable travel experience.
- Accommodation: For larger groups, it may not always be possible to accommodate everyone in the same hotel. In such cases, alternate hotels may be used, and facilities may differ slightly. We strive to maintain a consistent experience and appreciate your understanding.
- Special Requests: Requests such as early check-in, specific room views, smoking/non-smoking preferences, bed types (king/twin), or interconnected rooms are subject to availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed in advance. Any additional charges, if applicable, will be borne by the guest.
- Meals: Meals will be served as per a fixed menu or buffet. Under MAP (Modified American Plan), evening snacks, beverages, soups, and desserts are not included. Guests wishing to order à la carte will need to pay directly at the property.
- Volvo Bus: The Volvo bus from Delhi to the trip base is provided by third-party vendors. While we ensure backup in case of breakdowns, these vehicles are regularly operated, and response time may vary. Your cooperation during such situations is appreciated. The Volvo bus will depart once all group members have arrived at the pickup location.
- Room Sharing: In triple/quad sharing arrangements, an extra mattress will be provided instead of a separate bed.
- Early Check-in: Early check-in at the hotel is subject to availability. Standard check-in time is at 12:00 PM.
- Kasol Camp Stay: Camp Stay in Kasol will be on a sharing basis for all (Couples also); for separate sharing, contact for details.
- Quad Sharing: 4 persons share in Hotel Accommodation with 2 Extra Mattresses.
- Triple Sharing: 3 persons share in Hotel Accommodation with 1 Extra Mattress.
- Double Sharing/Couple: 2 persons share in Hotel Accommodation.
- Peak Season Pricing: Due to Christmas & New Year peak season, package prices will increase by ₹3,000 per person for special departure dates.
- The use of narcotics and banned substances is strictly prohibited during tours. The company will not be responsible for any harm or adverse consequences caused by such usage.
- The use of weapons, fireworks, and toxic substances is strictly prohibited during the tour. Guests violating Indian law will be responsible.
- The company reserves the right to evict any traveler from the tour if their actions violate terms and conditions or if they misbehave with co-travelers. No refunds will be given in such cases.
- Any loss or damage to camping, hotel, or transport materials, such as tents, pillows, mattresses, or any property belonging to the campsite, hotel, or transfer vehicle, will be subject to full payment of the product MRP.
- The company will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings of travelers.
- All guests must carry a valid government-issued ID card.
- If you plan to bring guests from outside, you must notify in advance.
- The availability of hot water cannot be guaranteed.
- Your slot will only be confirmed after receipt of 50% payment.
- The company accepts no responsibility for any injuries, loss, or theft of personal property during the tour.
- In case of any breakdown or delay due to transport breakdown during the journey, you may have to wait until the transport is repaired. Backup transport will not be provided.
- The company is not responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or for any indirectly incurred expenses due to natural hazards, accidents, weather conditions, landslides, political closures, or any untoward incidents.
- The company is not responsible for any delay in reaching the destination due to traffic. Sightseeing or activities scheduled for the day may be canceled if the destination is not reached on time. The trip organizer/coordinator has the right to change the itinerary based on on-the-spot conditions.
- Please cooperate in keeping the environment clean and safe.
- Registrations/tickets once booked cannot be exchanged, canceled, or refunded.
- All travelers are expected to enjoy the trip, respect others, and have a memorable experience.
