- Any medical or evacuation expenses
- Personal expenses including gratuities for drivers, entrance fees to monuments/monasteries, camera/video camera fees, camel safaris, Adventure activities, laundry, telephone charges, tips, etc., are not covered.
- Any expenses resulting from natural disasters like landslides, road closures, etc., must be covered directly by the customer on-site.
- Anything not explicitly mentioned in the inclusions is not included.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made 35 to 10 days before the travel date, 50% of the total trip cost will be charged.
- For cancellations made 0 to 10 days before the travel date, 100% of the total trip cost will be charged.
- Reschedule Policy
- Trips can be rescheduled for free if requested at least 20 days before the trip date.
- Rescheduling between 19 to 6 days before the trip will incur a charge of ₹3,000 per person.
- No rescheduling will be permitted within 5 days of the trip date.
- Refund Policy
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within two weeks (business days) and will be transferred directly to the traveler's bank account.

- Children under 5 years: Complimentary.
- Children aged 5-8 years: 30% of the stay cost per person.
- Children above 8 years: Considered as an extra bed.

- Terms & Conditions
- Riders must possess a valid driver's license and present a valid photo ID.
- Age requirements for riders are set between 18 and 65 years.
- Individuals with asthma are not permitted to participate in the bike tours.
- Trolley bags are unsuitable for bike tours; riders should refrain from bringing them. Maximum luggage weight allowed is 15 kg. The company assumes no liability for lost or damaged belongings.
- Riders will be responsible for covering the cost of any external damage to the motorbike or riding gear during the tour.
- Riding gear is provided by the company, available in sizes from S to 5XL (brand-dependent size variations may apply).
- The company is not liable for riders' safety or insurance (including injury or death) claims in the event of an accident. Riders are responsible for their own coverage.
- First-aid kits are supplied for minor injuries; however, in cases of medical emergencies or hospitalization, riders are responsible for all associated expenses. The company will assist in providing immediate aid.
- In cases where travel dates are extended without prior notice, double the standard rental rate will apply for the additional days.
- If a rider abandons a motorbike during the tour, they will be responsible for the costs of returning the motorbike.
- Any changes to the itinerary by the rider will not entitle them to hotel cancellation.
- If natural events such as landslides, floods, heavy rain, snowfall, or Glacial Lake Outburst Floods (GLOF) disrupt the trip, the itinerary may change. The company is not responsible for adverse effects from such events. In these cases, delays or exclusions may occur, and additional charges may apply.
- In situations of war, public health emergencies (e.g., COVID-19), or similar events, the company reserves the right to reschedule the tour until it is safe to proceed.
- Riders should thoroughly inspect the motorbike before rental. Any issues should be reported immediately for timely resolution.
- Cooperation with the team is expected throughout the trip. Any client misbehavior may result in tour cancellation.
- If listed hotels are unavailable due to maintenance, alternate accommodations of a similar standard will be arranged.
- A maximum of three adults are allowed per room, with a mattress or rollaway bed provided for the third occupant.
