1. For cancellations made 35 to 15 days before the travel date, 50% of the total trip cost will be charged.
2. For cancellations made 0 to 10 days before the travel date, 100% of the total trip cost will be charged.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within two weeks (business days) and will be transferred directly to the traveler's bank account.

Child Policy:

1. Children under 5 years: Complimentary.
2. Children aged 5-8 years: 30% of the package cost per person.
3. Children above 8 years: Considered as an extra bed.
4. Children 12 or above years: Considered an adult.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Riders must possess a valid driver's license and present a valid photo ID.
2. Age requirements for riders are set between 18 and 65 years.
3. Individuals with asthma are not permitted to participate in the bike tours.
4. Trolley bags are unsuitable for bike tours; riders should refrain from bringing them. Maximum luggage weight allowed is 15 kg. The tour operator is not liable for lost or damaged belongings.
5. Riders will be responsible for covering the cost of any external damage to the motorbike or riding gear during the tour.
6. Riding gear is provided by the tour operator, available in sizes from S to 3XL (brand-dependent size variations may apply).
7. The tour operator is not liable for riders' safety or insurance (including injury or death) claims in the event of an accident. Riders are responsible for their own coverage.
8. First-aid kits are supplied for minor injuries; however, in cases of medical emergencies or hospitalization, riders are responsible for all associated expenses. The tour operator will assist in providing immediate aid.
9. In cases where travel dates are extended without prior notice, double the standard rental rate will apply for the additional days.
10. If a rider abandons a motorbike during the tour, they will be responsible for the costs of returning the motorbike.
11. Any changes to the itinerary by the rider will not entitle them to hotel cancellation.
12. If natural events such as landslides, floods, heavy rain, snowfall, or Glacial Lake Outburst Floods (GLOF) disrupt the trip, the itinerary may change. The tour operator is not responsible for adverse effects from such events. In these cases, delays or exclusions may occur, and additional charges may apply.
13. In situations of war, public health emergencies (e.g., COVID-19), or similar events, the tour operator reserves the right to reschedule the tour until it is safe to proceed.
14. Riders should thoroughly inspect the motorbike before the trip. Any issues should be reported immediately for timely resolution.
15. Cooperation with the team is expected throughout the trip. Any client misbehavior may result in tour cancellation.
16. If listed hotels are unavailable due to maintenance, alternate accommodations of a similar standard will be arranged.
17. A maximum of three adults are allowed per room, with a mattress or rollaway bed provided for the third occupant.

Important Notes:

1. The tour prices listed are per person and exclusively for Indian Nationals.
2. Motorcycle and slot selections operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. It is advised to consult a sales representative prior to booking for updated pricing and slot availability.
4. "Dual" indicates two individuals sharing one bike, while "Solo" refers to a single rider per bike.
5. For car trips: If you are 2 pax, you will get 1 room on double sharing. If you are 3 pax, you will get 1 room on triple sharing. If you are 4 pax, you will get 2 rooms on double sharing. If you are 5 pax, you will get 1 room on double sharing and 1 room on triple sharing. If you are 6 pax, you will get 3 rooms on double sharing.
