- Any Airfare/Rail fare other than what is mentioned in “Inclusions” or any type of transportation from which is outside the itinerary.
- Monument entry fees during sightseeing.
- Additional Costs due to Flight Cancellations, Landslides, Roadblocks, and other natural calamities.
- Any other services not specified above in inclusions.
Cancellation Policy
- Up to 60 days before the trip: Free Cancellation. The booking amount will be refunded in the mode of a credit note. A full refund (minus the booking amount) will be issued.
- 56-46 days before the trip: 25% of the Trip Amount will be charged as cancellation fee. The refund will be adjusted with this deduction.
- 45-31 days before the trip: 50% of the Trip Amount will be charged as cancellation fee. The refund will be adjusted with this deduction.
- 30-0 days before the trip: 100% of the Trip Amount will be charged as cancellation fee. No refund will be issued.
More Information
- We need you to stick to the Tour Program. No refunds if you're late, join late, or leave early. Remember, unused tour services aren't refundable.
- We're not liable for any costs that occurred due to incidents like accidents, theft, traffic or changes caused by reasons such as natural disasters (such as earthquakes, landslides, snowfall, road-blockage, floods), government orders, strikes, political disturbances, disease-related issues, or adverse weather conditions.
- If any unexpected costs pop up during your trip or if there are changes to the plan due to the reasons mentioned earlier, you'll need to take care of those expenses then and there. You can settle these directly with our POC or the trip captain on the go.
- You'll handle any extra costs directly with the hotels or service providers. Keep in mind that special requests like Early Check-in, Late Check-out, room views, etc. depend on availability and will incur extra charges.
- While we do our best to provide everything you need, remote locations can sometimes limit our offerings. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in these situations. Your support means a lot.
- Volvo buses between Delhi and Base are from a third-party vendor, so stops and routes aren't entirely up to us. If a breakdown happens, we'll get you a backup ASAP, factoring in the location and time it would take. Thanks for understanding and cooperating!
