No refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations/reschedule. However,

1. If cancellations/reschedule are made 7 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
2. If cancellations/reschedule are made 3 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
3. If cancellations/reschedule are made within 3 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

If you are expecting luxury resorts, perfectly timed schedules, premium services, or fully controlled conditions, this may not be the ideal travel style for you. Backpacking requires flexibility, patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude. Weather, traffic, crowds, and local conditions are sometimes beyond anyone's control, but the memories you create depend on how you embrace the journey. Come with an open heart, a sense of adventure, and good energy, the mountains, beaches and the people will do the rest.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The operator shall not be liable for damages/ charges incurred by travelers if any of the following reasons apply:- Natural disaster, war, civil unrest, and alteration or cancellation of tour itinerary due to such causes. Accidents during transportation or accommodations, damage by fire. Orders of either Indian governments or immigration regulations, isolation resulting from infectious diseases, and tour itinerary alteration or cancellation owing to such causes. Accidents occurring during the travelers free activities. Food poisoning/Theft

Group size: Max number of Travelers: min 8 - max 20-30 in each batch. We require a minimum of 10 travellers to confirm the trip batch. In case we fail to obtain the required minimum, the option to transfer to any other trip will be provided. (Option of transfer shall be subject to payment/refund of the balance amount if any) The mode of transport depends on Group Size.
