You can book your seats online by paying an advance or the full amount. Our Tripcat Captain will send a reminder for any pending balance on the day of the journey. All pending payments must be completed by 11 AM on day of departure.

Failure to confirm three reminders will result in the cancellation of your reservation. Cancellations made after 11 AM on the journey day will incur charges for the booking amount, covering all reserved seats.

Cancellations within 48 hours of departure: No refund or rescheduling available.

Cancellations before 48 hours of departure: 50% cancellation fee applies.

To proceed, we require a minimum of 10 people booked. Rest assured, if there is a cancellation from our end, you will receive a complete refund.

5. Accommodation Check-In: Standard check-in time for hotels is around 14:00 (2 PM), subject to hotel regulations.

Any kind of nuisance or misbehavior that may disturb other participants or disrupt the overall harmony of the trip will not be tolerated. Seats during travel will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We kindly request you to occupy the same seats during the return journey as well for a hassle-free travel experience.
