You can book your seats online by paying an advance or the full amount. Tripcat Captain will send a reminder for any pending balance on the day of the journey. All pending payments must be completed by 11AM on the day of departure. Failure to settle after three reminders on the journey day will incur charges for covering all reserved seats.

Cancellation 24 hours of departure: No refund or rescheduling available.
Cancellation 24-48 hours of departure: 50% cancellation applies.
Please note that all trips are subject to confirmation, and require a minimum of 10 people booked for the trip to proceed. Rest assured, if there is a cancellation from our end, you will receive a 100% complete refund.

- Pickup Point Details: Exact pickup point details will be shared in the common WhatsApp group one day before the journey.
- Mode of Transport: A 13-seater Tempo Traveller will be provided for comfortable travel from Bangalore to Pondicherry and back.
- Accommodation: Good hotel stay with rooms allocated on a 2/3 sharing basis. Friends or couples can request to be placed in the same room, subject to availability.
- Group Size: Groups typically consist of 10 to 13 travelers per batch to ensure better bonding and an enjoyable experience.
- Minimum Participants: A minimum of 10 people are required for the trip to proceed. If the minimum is not met, a full refund or transfer to another trip will be offered.
- Itinerary Adjustments: The itinerary and activities are subject to change based on weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances. Safety is prioritized, and alternative arrangements will be made.
- Cooperation: Travelers are requested to cooperate with the group and trip coordinator to foster a friendly and supportive environment.
- Behavior: Any nuisance or misbehavior disturbing other participants will not be tolerated.
- Seat Allocation: Seats during travel will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Travelers are kindly requested to occupy the same seats during the return journey.
