Booking & Payments

2. Our Tripcat Captain will send a reminder for any pending balance on the day of the journey. All pending payments must be completed by 11 AM on the day of departure.
3. Failure to settle the balance after three reminders may result in cancellation of your reservation.
4. Cancellations made after 11 AM on the journey day will incur charges for the total booking amount, covering all reserved seats.
