Cancellation Policy
Cancellation would be garanted by the Higher Authorities on receiving cancellation request through registered mail. The cancellation amount mentioned below will be counted on total fees only. The refund amount will be paid in 7 to 12 working days.
- Before 45 days: 80% refund of total package cost
- Before 30 days: 50% refund of total package cost
- Before 15 days: 25% refund of total package cost
Rescheduling Dates: Extra 25% of total package cost (15-30 days prior). No Show: No Refund.
More Information
- Will provide tempo Traveler or any other vehicle as per number of persons.
- As tempo Traveler is 2*1, participant has to change the seating internally one by one with mutual understanding.
- All the Activities during tour will be self-managed.
- In case of snowfall, the vehicle will reach at a possible point. Any 4*4 Vehicle hired for onwards travel, charges will be self-borne.
- For room cleaning, clients must give keys to reception before sightseeing.
- If it snows and the Atal Tunnel is closed for some reason, the vehicle will reach the possible point. Any 4*4 vehicle hired later will have its fee borne by the client.
