Today we will be trekking to the Hemkund Sahib located at an altitude of 4300 m. After completing a trek of 6km, Reach Hemkund Sahib, a religious site where Guru Gobind Singh is said to have meditated in the previous life.

Visit Hemkund Sahib Gurudwara and Lake
Surrounded by snow-capped mountains and beautiful Hemkund lake just behind it, this place is no doubt soothing and calming. The must-not-miss thing is the hot tea served in the Gurudwara (shrine) which is heavenly to say the least. After spending some leisure time at Hemkund Sahib.

- Transportation during the journey from the pickup on day 01 to drop on day 06 is covered.
- Accommodation – Stay is included from Day 1 to Day 5 (Joshimath to Joshimath). You will be staying in homestay on all days of the trek. Rooms will be shared with fellow trekkers.
- Meals – Dinner at Joshimath on Day 1 to breakfast at Joshimath on Day 6 are included. We provide simple vegetarian food on all days of the trek. Total Meals: 5 Breakfasts, 3 Packed Lunches, 1 Hot lunch during trek days and 5 Dinners.
- Accommodations on sharing basis as per itinerary.

Exclusions
- Any additional expenses such as personal nature/Medical Exigency.
- Additional accommodation/food costs incurred due to any delayed travel.
- Any lunch and other meals not mentioned in Package Inclusions.
- Any Airfare/Rail fare other than what is mentioned in “Inclusions” or any type of transportation from which is outside the itinerary.
- Parking and monument entry fees during sightseeing.
- Since Valley of Flowers is a monsoon trek, there are possibilities of roadblocks due to landslides. Account for this by adding a buffer day in your travel plan.
- Local Transfer from Govindghat to Pulna and Back.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancellations are made 30 days prior the departure date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
- If cancellations are made 15-30 days prior the departure date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
- If cancellations are made 0-15 days prior the departure date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
More Information
- Safarnama and its organizers strictly prohibit the utilization of any Narcotics and Banned substance during the tours and would not be responsible for any adversities due to the same. Weapons, Fireworks and toxic substances are not allowed on this tour. The management would not be responsible for any person who has been found guilty under the Indian Law.
- All guests must carry a valid Government Id proof. (preferably Aadhar card)
- We will not entertain any refunds/adjustments in case of any natural factors arising during the trip which might result in change in the itinerary/transportation due to which any extra cost is beared. That cost has to be beared by the clients only.
- Any damage to our booked properties/transportation by any individual will be charged from him/her only. Any injury during any activity, we will not be responsible for any mis-happenings
- An undertaking will be shared prior the booking or before the departure date of the tour which is mandatory for everyone to fill and sign.
