- A total of 12 meals- starting from dinner on Day 1, dinner on Day 2 to breakfast on Day 8.
- 24*7 onboard assistance
- Bike rent for 8 days and Riding gears (Helmets, Jacket for Rider, Knee Guard)
- Fuel for the bike (Manali to Manali) and Mechanical backup.
- Oxygen cylinder and medical kit to handle extreme situations.
- Driver allowances, toll taxes, parking, state taxes and All Inner Line permits
Exclusions
- Your Personal & Medical Expenses.
- Anything that is not mentioned above in the inclusions is excluded.
- Any expenses caused due to conditions beyond our control such as road blockage,road accidents, landslides (to be borne by the customer on the spot)
- Any damage to the bike except for engine damage must be borne by the client
- Cost incurred due to change in itinerary due to landslides, roadblocks or factors beyond human control.
- Pillion Jacket cost: INR 2500/- rent charges
Cancellation Policy
- If cancellations are made 30 days prior the departure date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
- If cancellations are made 15-30 days prior the departure date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
- If cancellations are made 0-15 days prior the departure date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
More Information
- INR 10,000/- needs to be submitted as security for the bike at the start of the trip.
- While we will provide riders with basic gears such as helmet, Gloves, Elbow guard and knee
- guard, the riders need to arrange the riding jacket (can be rented) by themselves. It is
- mandatory to wear proper riding gears at all the times when riding.
- If a rider is unable or doesn’t want to complete his/her trip on bike in between the trip, there
- will be an extra charge of INR 2,000/- per day if our team captain or the mechanic rides the
- bike or INR 5,000/- for bike dropping.
- We advise members to carry their own helmets as we provide helmets of standard sizes, so
- there is a possibility of discrepancies in the size of the helmet.
- Do carry a Valid Govt ID proof.
- Power banks are must to carry.
- Personal medications (if any) and altitude sickness medication- Daimox.
- The pickup timings will be fixed on Day 1 according to the number of members joining on that
- day.
- Trip schedule is subjected to change as per road, weather and other unavoidable conditions
- so take a day or two in buffer.
- Only Team members have the right to take decision depending on above.
- Any extra cost (Transportation/ Accommodation) arising due to natural calamities like,
- landslides, road blockage, political disturbances or change in law will be extra.
- Any stay apart from fixed schedule (as per the itinerary) will be extra.
- The itinerary is subject to favorable weather and road conditions. In case of a bad weather
- and inaccessibility to certain destinations we will try our best to make alternate plans.
- Travelers residing outside of Delhi are strongly advised to schedule their flights/trains to
- arrive in Delhi on Day 0 no later than 2:00 PM and similarly return flights/trains at the last
- day after 4:00 PM.
- The age limit for our trip is between 16 and 42 years old, as our itineraries are designed to
- accommodate a power-packed experience tailored to this demographic. However, we offer
- customization options for individuals beyond the mentioned age bracket.
- Prior to traveling to high altitudes, it is strongly advisable to consult with a medical
- professional to ensure awareness of any potential medical concerns. Please be aware that
- limited medical facilities are available in such areas, and SAFARNAMA cannot assume
- responsibility for any medical emergencies that may arise. However, we are committed to
- supporting our clients by arranging logistics if necessary, with any associated expenses to be
- borne by the client. It is essential to ensure physical fitness before embarking on the journey.
- We kindly request travelers to disclose any health concerns they may have for appropriate
- preparation.
