Exclusions
- Activities such as Camel ride, Atv rides, river rafting.

- Any kind of personal expenses.
- Any extra meals ordered apart from the inclusion meals.
- Anything that is not mentioned above in the inclusions is excluded.
- Any expenses caused due to conditions beyond our control such as road blockage, road accidents, landslides (to be borne by the customer on the spot).
- Any medical expenses.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancellations are made 30 days prior the departure date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
- If cancellations are made 15-30 days prior the departure date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
- If cancellations are made 0-15 days prior the departure date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
More Information
- INR 10,000/- needs to be submitted as security for the bike at the start of the trip.
- While we will provide riders with basic gears such as helmet, Gloves, Elbow guard and knee guard, the riders need to arrange the riding jacket (can be rented) by themselves. It is mandatory to wear proper riding gears at all the times when riding.
- If a rider is unable or doesn't want to complete his/her trip on bike in between the trip, there will be an extra charge of INR 2,000/- per day if our team captain or the mechanic rides the bike or INR 5,000/- for bike dropping.
- We advise members to carry their own helmets as we provide helmets of standard sizes, so there is a possibility of discrepancies in the size of the helmet.
- Do carry a Valid Govt ID proof.
- Power banks are must as there is no/limited electricity in Nubra, Pangong Tso.
- Personal medications (if any) and altitude sickness medication- Diamox.
- Only postpaid numbers work in Leh city and rest at almost all the places, there are no networks available.
- The pickup timings will be fixed on Day 1 according to the number of members joining on that day.
- Trip schedule is subjected to change as per road, weather and other unavoidable conditions so take a day or two in buffer. This is not an ordinary place its “Leh Ladakh".
- Only Team members have the right to take decision depending on above.
- Any extra cost (Transportation/ Accommodation) arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances or change in law will be extra.
- Any stay apart from fixed schedule (as per the itinerary) will be extra.
- Safarnama and its organizers strictly prohibit the utilization of any Narcotics and Banned substance during the tours and would not be responsible for any adversities due to the same. Weapons, Fireworks and toxic substances are not allowed on this tour. The management would not be responsible for any person who has been found guilty under the Indian Law.
- The organizers reserve the right to evict any camper anytime without any refund if his/her actions violates any rules.
- All guests must carry a valid Government Id proof. (preferably Aadhar card)
- We will not entertain any refunds/adjustments in case of any natural factors arising during the trip which might result in change in the itinerary/transportation due to which any extra cost is beared. That cost has to be beared by the clients only.
- Any damage to our booked properties/transportation by any individual will be charged from him/her only. Any injury during any activity, we will not be responsible for any mis happenings.
- An undertaking will be shared prior the booking or before the departure date of the tour which is mandatory for everyone to fill and sign.
