- Anything that is not mentioned above in the inclusions is excluded.
- Any expenses caused due to conditions beyond our control such as road blockage, road accidents, landslides (to be borne by the customer on the spot).
- Any medical expenses.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancellations are made 30 days prior the departure date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
- If cancellations are made 15-30 days prior the departure date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
- If cancellations are made 0-15 days prior the departure date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
- Booking amount (INR 5,000) is Non Refundable.
More Information
- Spanning over 6 days (excluding travel from Delhi).
- Haldwani to Pithoragarh and Pithoragarh to Haldwani in a shared Tempo Traveller or a cab.
- Pithoragarh to Pithoragarh Scorpio N will be provided.
- All guests must carry a valid Government Id proof (preferably Aadhar card).
- Booking is done on first come first serve basis.
- An undertaking mandatory for everyone to fill and sign will be shared prior to departure.
- Participants bringing their own car/bike should follow the provided checklists (Air pump, puncture kit, spare parts etc.).
