Cancellation Policy
More Information
- The booking amount is Rs 4,000/- (Non Refundable).
- 50% of the trip amount will be collected 15 days prior to the trip.
- You will receive an invoice for your payment.
- Must carry authentic Voter ID card/Passport minimum valid for 6 Months from the date of Departure from Bhutan i.e. Trip & Date.
- Travellers should carry any one of the documents while travelling to Bhutan. It is not mandatory to have passport.
- Base-category rooms. Room upgrades available at additional cost.
- Vehicles are provided as per itinerary & group size. Vehicle type may change based on final occupancy.
- Pickup: Bagdogra Airport between 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM on Day 1.
- Drop: Bagdogra Airport by 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Day 7.
- Book return flight after 3:00 PM.
- Early arrivals wait at airport lounge.
- Pickup only from Bagdogra (train/bus travellers must reach there directly).
