- Cost of snow chains or a 4x4 vehicle, if needed due to heavy snowfall.
- Any other cost arising from circumstances like natural calamity, weather conditions, riots, roadblocks, landslides or any other forced circumstances out of our control.
- GST (5%) is applicable extra.
- Anything which is not mentioned in the above inclusions.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 15 days before departure: 0% of the trip cost is charged as cancellation fee - Full refund.
- 7 to 15 days before departure: 0% of the trip cost is charged as cancellation fee - Full amount adjusted for your next trip.
- 0 to 7 days before departure: 100% of the trip cost is charged as cancellation fee - Non-refundable.

- Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of participants, etc. may cause itinerary changes. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of safety, comfort, and general well-being.
- Some regions do not have star category hotels due to their offbeat locations, so we request you not to expect luxurious amenities and, at times, even basic amenities like 24x7 running electricity, hot water and wifi at these properties / hotels / homestays.
- In hilly areas, scarcity of water and electricity is a natural phenomenon. Certain hotels have a fixed schedule for supplying hot and cold water. We look forward to your cooperation.
- For large groups, all rooms in one hotel may not be available, so identical facilities may not be available between rooms. We will try our best to maintain similarity in services.
- Special requests like early check-in, views, floors, king, twin, adjoining and/or interconnecting rooms are strictly subject to availability upon arrival and cannot be guaranteed prior.
- Meals will be on a fixed plan / buffet basis and not a-la-carte. For a-la-carte orders, guests are requested to make direct payments for additional items.
- In a triple sharing room, an extra mattress is provided. This is not to be confused with an extra bed.
- The air conditioning will be switched off in the hills. It shall be the driver's discretion to switch off the AC as and when required, considering the safety of travellers on uneven and dangerous routes.
- Consumption and serving of alcohol in hotels / rooms is subject to the hotel's rules and regulations.
