Cancellation Policy
The booking amount is non-refundable and non-transferable.
More Information
- A ₹5,000 refundable security deposit per bike is required. It will be refunded at the end of the trip if there is no damage.
- We strongly recommend taking clear photos and a 360° video of the bike before starting the ride.
- Any damage to the bike, riding gear, or third-party property must be paid by the traveler.
- If the bike needs to be towed or transported due to a fall or breakdown caused during the ride, the cost will be borne by the traveler.
- An additional ₹8,000 charge applies for international travelers.
- Discounts are subject to slot availability.
- Bikes, helmets, jackets, and riding gear may not be brand new, as they are used for multiple tours.
- Standard riding gear sizes are available. Plus sizes and smaller sizes may have limited availability.
- All travelers must carry a valid government ID proof.
- A valid driving license (motorcycle with gear) is mandatory for riders.
- The itinerary may change due to reasons beyond our control such as: Weather conditions, Government regulations, Local authority or biker union rules, Political disturbances, Health issues, Flight delays or cancellations.
- If there any rise in the fuel any other cost due to any political or government regulation, then it will affect the total price of the package.
- Any additional costs arising from such changes must be borne by the traveler.
- Standard hotel check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- Due to limited availability in remote areas, split stays in different properties may occur.
- Rooms provided are base category rooms in hotels, camps, cottages, or guest houses.
- In triple sharing, an extra mattress will be provided.
- Room heaters and electric blankets are chargeable as per hotel rules.
- Food taste may vary, especially at high altitude where cooking conditions can be challenging.
- Extra charges apply for any additional stay or stay-back requests.
- No refund will be given for unused services, including hotel stays, meals, transport, or activities.
- Aahvan is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- If any traveler behaves in a disruptive or non-cooperative manner, Aahvan reserves the right to cancel the trip. In such cases, the full amount paid will be forfeited.
- All travelers must sign an indemnity bond before departure.
- Failure to sign will be the traveler's responsibility, and Aahvan will not be held liable under any circumstances.
