In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s, we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

1. 30-16 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour/service cost.
2. 15-08 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour/service cost.
3. 07-00 days prior to arrival: 75% of the Tour/service cost.

Less than 07 Days or No show: No Refund.

In case of Special Trains Journeys and peak season hotel bookings, a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which can be advised as and when required).

Terms & Conditions:

1. Accommodation will be in the itinerary mentioned hotels or similar hotels.
2. Many small hotels/resorts do not have lifts, so kindly inform us in advance if you are not comfortable with stairs.
3. Please take care of your belongings before leaving the car or hotels. Company is not responsible for any loss.
4. Hotel/camps or any kind of accommodation can deny stay if a valid ID proof is not provided. Company is not responsible for any ID proof related issues.
5. For extra adults, many hotels provide extra mattresses instead of extra beds.
6. Due to any reason if vehicle breakdown due to technical reasons, we will try our best to arrange another vehicle as soon as possible for the major problems. For minor problems which will not take much time, the vehicle will be repaired. Kindly cooperate.
7. Mithila Travels is liable for only those commitments which are written in the package.
8. No cancellation or any refund will be made if the situation is beyond our control, such as bad weather, landslide, climatic conditions or any other natural disaster, fire, helicopter cancellation due to weather, any embargo, acts or decisions of government, political or national crisis, road blocks, heavy snow fall, acts of terrorism or other similar causes, strikes or problems at airlines, rails, buses, hotels or transporters, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations or due to which the customer could not reach the destination and which is beyond our control.
9. AC will not work in all hill areas or when the vehicle is stopped/parked.

Important Points:

1. Seats will be given on a first come, first serve basis.
2. In the group tour, rooms will be on triple or quad sharing only.
3. The itinerary may change depending on the weather and local conditions.
4. Payment must be done on arrival at our Haridwar office. If payment is delayed, Mithila Travels will not be responsible for providing any services.
5. If any passenger shows rude behavior or uses alcohol, the company has full rights to cancel the trip immediately without any refund.
6. The company is not responsible for time delays. Passengers must follow the timings given by Mithila Travels; otherwise, the company holds no responsibility.
7. If any female passenger needs a separate room, she must inform before booking. Otherwise, she will have to share the room, whether the other passengers are male or female. (If a female traveler requests a separate room, either before or during the tour, the additional room charges will be applicable as per the prevailing tariff/rates and shall be borne by the traveler.)
8. In the Guptkashi hotel, you must not lock your room or take the room key to Kedarnath. If you do so, you will have to pay one extra day's room charge.
9. Due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, landslides, heavy traffic, road closures, or delays in darshan, if the tour duration is extended, any additional expenses for accommodation, transportation, meals, or other services shall be borne by the traveler/client.
