Cancellation Policy
- Advance amount paid for booking is strictly non-refundable for any cancellations.
- Cancellations made 30 days before the start date: 30% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- Cancellations made between 30 to 7 days before the start date: 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- Cancellations made within 7 days before the start date: 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions leading to cancellation, the operator will try to provide an alternate activity; however, no refund will be provided for the same.

- Payment Policy: 16 days or more from departure: ₹5000 advance. Within 15 days: 50% of total. Full payment strictly 3 days before the trip.
- Minimum of 10 members required for a group package; otherwise, the trip may be canceled or offered at additional private charges.
- Alcohol consumption, smoking, and littering are strictly prohibited during the trip.
- Participants below 18 years must have parental consent.
- Please carry a government-approved ID card (Mandatory).
- The organizer has the right to modify the itinerary in case of unforeseen circumstances or weather changes.
