Cancellation Policy
- Norefund shall be made with respect to the initial booking advance amount for any cancellations. However,
- If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 30% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made 30-7 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made within 7 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

- We cannot be held responsible for events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, wars, civil unrest, or government orders. Additionally, we are not liable for unforeseen circumstances like schedule changes, accidents, fire damage, immigration restrictions, or health crises that may impact your tour. We cannot be held responsible for accidents that may occur during leisure activities, foodborne illnesses, or theft. Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, roadblocks, & also place closure, govt. restrictions etc. (to be borne directly by the customer on the spot).
- Please note that the itinerary provided is a suggested plan and the actual coverage may vary based on your individual pace and time management. We cannot be held responsible for any attractions that may be missed due to your time constraints.
- Driver duty time will only be 8 AM to 07 PM, except for pickup.
- Driver Extra time service according to the location of hotels and will be charged ₹250/- per hour.
- KM will be calculated from Cochin Airport to Cochin Airport basis.
- Early morning pickups are only possible after 6 am.
- The provided quotation is based on the specific itinerary discussed. Any Extra kilometers or stops will incur extra charges, payable directly to the driver. Else arrange self alternative.
- For Deluxe houseboats air conditioner in the bedroom will be only from 09 pm to 06 am & For premium houseboats A/C operates between check in to check out on demands in the rooms & For Luxury houseboats completely glass covered, the Full-Time A/C booking, at a time the A/C will work either in the bedroom or in Dining/Hall.
- The Air Condition in the room will not cool suddenly like in home and hotels. It will take 30 minutes to 01 hours to be in full power.
- Do not expect a hotel like facilities in Houseboat. Most of the Houseboat do not have direct running hot water for the bath.
- The quality of the Houseboat is not determined by the entertainment systems like TV, Music system. It is there with limited access only.
- The guest must go to the bedroom by 10 PM. It is not allowed to be outside after 10 PM.
- A presence of flies, small insects are the Natural Habitat in Backwater. It cannot be 100% eliminated. Their presence will be there in the lights at night. The Houseboat will not park/anchor on the middle of the lake.
- It will park on the shore where we need to connect electricity for the AC and charge the inverter.
- Parking houseboat on the middle of the lake is also not allowed by the rules.
- Management will not be liable for missing things during the trip.
- Please pack light as we aim to travel minimally. Our itinerary is subject to change due to weather, road conditions, and unforeseen circumstances for the safety, comfort, and overall well-being of the travellers.
- We don't permit smoking during the movement in transport.
- We reserves the right to end your trip at any time due to inappropriate behaviour/conduct. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
- The individual reserving the spot is liable for any harm caused to room/camp/resort outfitting and is responsible to pay for something similar.
- If any sightseeing is cancelled due to bad weather conditions or unavoidable circumstances, no refund will be given.
- Provided rates are subjected to change based on availability/changes in Hotels, fuel rates, etc.
