Norefund shall be made with respect to the initial booking advance amount for any cancellations.

If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 30% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

If cancellations are made 30-7 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

If cancellations are made within 7 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

11. Please carry medicines (personal medication)
12. If you need any Toiletries & Torch with extra batteries
13. Trash covers (To bring your trash back)

Terms & Conditions

1. Advance paid is strictly not refundable & not used to other dates. No refund will be provided if the participant doesn't show up on the day of the event.
2. This is a group travelling package where at-least 10 members should be registered to conduct this trip. If the group is less than 10 members, trip will be canceled or you can choose to travel privately with additional charges.
3. If your train/Bus/Flight is missed because whatever the reason, there will not be any refund. Alternate transportation charges have to be borne by yourself.
4. Alcohol consumption/smoking tobacco/weed is strictly prohibited while travelling!
5. Please do not litter any plastic (biscuit pack covers, candy wrappers, etc.). We commit to keeping our events pollute free.
6. The organizer has a right to cancel the participant slot.
7. Please do not cause delay and cause inconvenience for others and impact the schedule.
8. Below 18 Years participants must take the consent of the parents to participate.
9. Participants will be notified prior if the itinerary is modified/event get canceled due to any unforeseen circumstances.
10. If there is an unexpected change in weather during the event, the organizer has the right to withdraw/retreat.
11. Participants should coordinate, be disciplined and align together as a team during the event.
12. Please do not expect luxury facilities and appreciate being cooperative with fellow Participants.
13. Though we assure safety as a top priority, Event Organizers are not responsible for any severe injuries or fatal events.
